This Sunday - Looking Back, Looking Ahead

Groundbreaking: Wenatchee Valley Church of the Brethren (1923)

Dear Trinity...

I am excited to announce the release this Sunday of the print version of “THIS OLD CHURCH - An Origin Story”. The Trinity Team merged the four installments released over the past year into a beautiful glossy creation brimming with photos. Be sure to pick up your copy after service.

And for those interested, please join Nicole Hunter and I after second service in the Fireside Room as we review our church building’s roots and how, as a congregation, we might use the building for the next hundred years. The Brethren Baptists have charged us, like the Apostles did Paul, “to remember the poor” (Gal 2:10). It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But how and where and when will we, as the hands and feet of Jesus, do this work in our parish? Come join the conversation to learn about current efforts and help imagine the future.

Blessings,

Guy

Newcomers Dinner May 11th

If you are new to our church and haven't attended one of our newcomers dinners, we'd love to meet you and share stories around a dinner table at a host home in our parish.

Come meet other newcomers as well as one of our pastors, and find out how you can take the next step in your path to belonging at Trinity Church.

Trinity Ladies Night

Tuesday, April 30 @ 6:30pm

All Trinity Women are invited to an informal get-together. Our only agenda is to have fun while getting to know each other better. Bring a finger food (sweet or savory) if you wish. There will be lemonade and wine, but you may bring a drink to share.

Tuesday, April 30, 6:30 pm

Hosted by Rachel Whitson

4540 Kelly Road

Monitor, WA 98836

You may RSVP to Carol Ann Turner at cahoxworth@gmail.com, or just join us.

Note: If using GPS, navigate to the Monitor Post Office (3160 Main Street, Monitor) before entering home address.

Note to Parents

There are brand new baby perennials poking up in the front flower beds.  Please keep your kids out of the flower beds during coffee and fellowship time so these new blooms are not trampled.  Thanks for your help!
