Seasonal Parish Life

As a church, we take seriously Jesus' words of encouragement, 'my yoke is easy and my burden is light.'  We believe that sacrifice is the gateway to knowing ourselves, but we also believe that delight and fun are essential to being a healthy church. So when we embark upon anything new, we make sure that we aren't led by an impersonal program but by who our people are and what we love doing.

Every summer (usually in August), Trinity Church enjoys a long weekend of spiritual encouragement, worship, fun (and silliness) at Camp Koinonia in Cle Elum. Guest speakers, special music, the annual outside drive-in movie for the kids (ok, and adults too), and field games competition help us grow closer to God and one another.

Winter Advent Events

Singing has been the lifeblood of this church for many years, and it has taken many forms, most notably that of the Trinity Church Choir. Every Christmas, we host a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols (based on the service started by Kings College, Cambridge) for the community, sung by vibrant children's and adults' choirs. We also have smaller focused choirs that rehearse for Easter and other holy days. Contact the Trinity Office at 509.662.1729.
